Our crude biodiesel refining unit adopt biodiesel distillation tower, continuous distillation process. From the process flow, we can find the trans-esterification and crude biodiesel refining is separated. That can improve the quality of biodiesel and increase the quantity of final products. Comparing with kettle distillation, our crude biodiesel distillation tower can separate different components completely.
No acid residues pollution!!!
Comparing with traditional sulfur acid catalytic reaction, our process adopts organic acid. That is more environmental friendly.
