3.1 Process innovation
3.1.1 To the esterification system, we use glycerin instead of methyl alcohol to react with fatty acid. This realizes the recycling use of heat energy and saves much production cost. And also this can save the investment of methyl alcohol distillation column.
3.1.2 This process gives up the strong acid catalyst, such as H2SO4, Benzene sulfonic acid, P a sulfonic acid and so on.
3.1.3 The content of sulfur can reduce under 10 ppm.
3.1.4 The whole production can realize continuous production. The quality of products can be controlled online. This completely solves the problem of unstable quality of reactor products.
3.1.2 This process breaks the history - the biodiesel from waste oil grease cannot meet European standard.
3.2 Equipment innovation
3.2.1 To the ester exchange reaction system, this process adopts AC turbulent tube reactor (patent number: 201110122285.2). This realizes the continuous production, increases the automatic level and reduces the reacting time in esterification and trans-esterification system.
3.2.2 To the biodiesel refining system, it adopts multi type self flow vacuum distillation column.
Deodorization (patent number: 201420187413.0), distillation and separation system is as one whole system. This reduces the biodiesel retention time in the device, guarantees the color of biodiesel, completely utilizes quadratic heat energy and save the cost of investment and production. The deodorization and main products are in one column. This reduces the heat loss, broadens the operational flexibility and is convenient for operation.
3.2.3 To the esterification system, it is matched with strong cavitation device (patent number: 201420189032.6). When oil grease goes through this cavitation device as certain pressure and flow ratio, it will produce strong cavitation effect. That will make the oil grease, catalyst and glycerin full contact in the esterification. It enhanced the mass and heat transfer process. So it enhances the reacting efficiency, accelerates the reaction, reduce the reacting time and cost.
3.2.4 To the esterification tower, it adopts continuous esterification column (technology report number: 201441b0101501) There is special hole plate, spiral baffle spin separator and other units. That increases the contact area and reacting ratio. That implements a real sense of continuity.
3.2.5 This project uses carbon steel or stainless steel instead of glass lined reactor in esterification system. That prolongs the service life of the equipment.
