This article introduces every job about building a good factory with pyrolysis machines, including production zone, storage and transportation, utilities, etc.
For example, after you ordered our HENAN BARUI 3T skid mounted pyrolysis machine, you shall know all necessary auxiliary machines, civil engineering, consumable materials and tools you shall prepare for your factory.
With delivering our 3T side mounted pyrolysis machine, you will also receive the foundation engineering drawing, water engineering drawing, electricity engineering drawing, heat resource engineering design, wearing parts list, and so on.
We introduce the details as below:
1. The appearance of 3T skid mounted Pyrolysis Machine

2. Overview of a good factory with pyrolysis machines
The following drawing of such a factory with pyrolysis machines is for your reference, which is bigger than actual requirement of 3T skid-mounted pyrolysis equipment. This is only used for showing each part of a factory for pyrolysis equipment. You may adjust it according to your actual requirement.

4. Water supply for the Factory with Pyrolysis Machines
A water pool, 10m3.
2 water pipelines.
There are 2 water pipelines joints in our equipment list. One joint is inlet, the other one is outlet. You need use water pipelines to connect the joints with your water pool.
5. Electricity Supply for the Factory with Pyrolysis Machines
Some electricity cables!
There is an electric control cabinet in our equipment list.
Every motor in our equipment list has already connected this control cabinet. You just need use some electricity cable to connect your electricity resource with the termination of our electric control cabinet.
6. Heat Resource Supply for the Factory with Pyrolysis Machines
All HENAN BARUI Pyrolysis machine is already equipped with tail gas recovery and burning unit. But, some external fuel resource is still required.
If you use coal, our engineer will design coal-burning reactor for you. Our equipment includes everything about the heating unit. You don’t need prepare anything about the heating unit, except buying coals, woods or other solid fuels.
If you use oil, our engineer will design oil-burning reactor for you. Our equipment includes everything about the heating unit. You don’t need prepare anything about the heating unit, except buying oil. For starting up the machine, you need buy some diesel. After the machine produces pyrolysis oil itself, the machine will use pyrolysis oil for heating. You don’t need buy oil any more.
If you use LPG or natural gas, our engineer will design gas-burning reactor for you. But you need prepare gas pipelines and valves, connecting our gas burners with your gas resource. Besides, if your gas resource is low temperature, that requires a gas heater.
7. Wearing Parts List for the Factory with Pyrolysis Machines
These consumable materials need be replaced or added according to the consumable condition, in the daily production.

Besides, our operation manual will also introduce the daily maintenance.
8. Start Trial Run
After adding lubricating greases, lube oil, you can start up the 3T skid-mounted pyrolysis equipment for a trial run.
Besides, we also have mobile type electricity generator and mobile type water box. With a 30KW electricity generator and 10m3 mobile type water box, the 3T skid-mounted pyrolysis equipment can work anywhere.
